The arrest of a model who extorted money from wealthy Instagram followers by sending them her nude photos and videos has caused a sensation on social media. The incident occurred in Mohali where Jasneet Kaur a model who has more than 2 lakh followers on Instagram uploading reels of videos and semi-nude photos. She has used a new techique to extort money and live a life of luxury.

The police arrested her after a businessman filed a complaint. According to the authorities her modus operandi was to befriend men who were rich and in her followers list and initiated chat with them. As they grew friendly she would slowly start sharing her semi-nude pics and if they take her bait will continue to send her full nude pics and later her obscene videos.

Once the men were fully into her game she would then demand money from them and if they refuse to pay will threaten them with gangsters. A case was registered against Jasneet Kaur on April 1st, based on a complaint filed by a businessman from Ludhiana, and she has been arrested. The lady is currently being interrogated and it is said that an expensive BMW car and mobile phones have been seized from her and it is learnt she lived a very luxurious life with the money she extorted.

Further investigation has also revealed that Jasneet has been upto a similar racket in 2008 in Mohali and was arrested for the crime. One Sandhu has also been arrested for aiding Jasneet Kaur in her extortion racket.
