Injury marks found on Kodela Siva Prasad Rao's neck

Former Andhra Pradesh Speaker Kodela Siva Prasada Rao has on Monday breathed his last after he committed suicide at his residence in Hyderabad. He was brought for treatment at the Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital & Research Institute in Banjara Hills. By then, he was dead.
The area's ACP has said that an investigation has been launched. No details have been outed, as it's too early.
Early reports say that he killed himself by hanging. A TDP leader has been quoted as saying that injury marks were found on his dead body.
Siva Prasad was an MLA six times. He joined the TDP in its early days. An NTR loyalist, he was one of the trusted leaders of Chandrababu Naidu. Mourning his death, CBN has said that Siva Prasad was a beloved leader. He quit Medicine and joined politics. He grew to be a popular leader, the former AP CM said.
