A 24-year-old Indian woman recently gave birth to twins but was shocked to find that one of them had four legs and three hands. While the other twin was healthy, doctors believe that the mother must have been pregnant with triplets and now one of them has absorbed extra legs and hands from the unborn fetus.

This was the first instance of the woman getting pregnant and she did not have prior medical checkups before delivery, and never realized she was pregnant with triplets. Reportedly, the woman and her husband were daily laborers, and that has been cited as the reason behind them not visiting doctors for regular checkups.

The couple were scared due to a breathing issue of their daughter due to limbs growing out of abdomen but now the child is in stable condition. For the corrective surgery to remove the extra limbs the baby will be transferred to another hospital and it has been said that this is the first case of two triplets being conjoined.
