An unfortunate news is coming in from the war zone of Kharkiv in Ukraine. According to latest reports, an Indian student identified as Naveen Kumar from Karnataka, was shot dead in Ukraine. Reports say that Naveen was killed when he and his friend had left for the train station to leave for Lviv to reach the western border. More details are awaited!
As Russian forces continued their advance in Ukraine, shelling cities, the Indian embassy on Tuesday had urged all its citizens to leave Ukraine capital Kyiv today itself. "Advisory to Indians in KyivAll Indian nationals including students are advised to leave Kyiv urgently today. Preferably by available trains or through any other means available," read their tweet.
