The new Prithviraj starrer directed by Renjith titled "Indian Rupee" will be a prequel to the much celebrated movie of last year 'Pranchiyettan and the Saint'. It is none other than the director of the movie Renjith who is inviting media interest into the new movie by citing it to tell a story till the start of the narratives of Pranchi.

According to Renjith, 'Pranchiyettan' was a film which had a protagonist who had immense wealth but was trying to convert his money into personal name and fame. But in his Indian Rupee, the young protagonist will be one who is trying to make good money, without paying heed to the right ways to make some. The shoot for the movie which is also the comeback movie of veteran actor Thilakan to commercial Mollywood, has already started at Kozhikkod.
