Venkat Prabhu to direct Ravichandran Ashwin?

As we reported earlier maverick director Venkat Prabhu is directing 'Chennai 600028 2' which reunites the original cast members Jai, Mirchi Shiva, Premgi Amaran, Ajay Raj, Nithin Sathya, Arvind Akash and Vijayalakshmi among others.

We now hear from reliable sources that premier world class spinner Ravichandran Ashwin alongwith his Team India mate Murali Vijay will make special appearances in the film which is produced by Venkat Prabhu's Black Ticket banner. Stay tuned for official confirmation.
