Pictures: Indian cricketers play PUBG ahead of World Cup 2019

The Indian cricketers, who left for England for the upcoming ICC World Cup, were found playing PUBG on their gadgets in the airport lounge before take off, in pictures shared by the BCCI on social media.
Clad in formal attire, MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Hardik Pandya, Bhuvaneshwar Kumar, Yuzvendra Chahal, Mohammed Shami and a couple of others were captured at the airport lounge in Mumbai waiting to board their flight. Some of them, including Dhoni, Chahal, and Shami, were found playing PUBG on their respective gadgets.
The World Cup tournament will commence from May 30, while the warm-up matches will begin from May 24 onwards. Kohli earlier reported that they were entering the tournament with a strong and balanced team. “We are going into the World Cup as a balanced and strong side. You saw in the IPL as well. All the players in the squad are in great form and playing really well. I think from that point of view, we just expect ourselves to play the best cricket we can,” he said.
The Indian team will play their maiden match of the tournament against South Africa on June 5 at Southampton’s Hampshire Bowl.
