With a title like ‘Indian Cinema’ an auto driver turned director Raju has set a huge task for his film. He wants to showcase the growth of cinema industry in the last 100 years. The attempt is big and how it would be appealing is a question that gets answer in the theaters.

From all major cinema actor families Raju is getting a bird eye view for the film. He is in touch with big personalities in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Mumbai cinema industries. Sandeep Malani is supporting him in getting good contacts.

At Renukamba Digital theatre there was assemble of senior actors Rajesh, Girija Lokesh, Sihikahi Chandru and Jayalakshmi for a scene of ‘Malani Film Festival’. In this film Sandeep Malani is in the professor of cinema. He takes the class for the cinema students and that goes on a flash back on screen. For this film the ardent fan of Sridevi, Sandeep Malani is coming up with a collage of Sridevi film songs of all languages. Raju is picking top generations of actor’s family’s fir the film ‘Indian Cinema’. This has substance for 18 languages of the country.

Girija Lokesh recalled the days of her father in law Subbai Naidu and said several firsts have happened in Kannada cinema. Veteran Rajesh speaking on Indian Cinema and coming to Kannada cinema says the charm has gone and there is need for changeover from the present trend. Indian cinema is like Hindu Mahasagara he stated.

Dhanush is also part of this film cast. Karthik Venkatesh besides doing music for the film has sat with Raju director of the film to arrive at the screenplay.  Lab Technician Harish from Kolar is producer of this film. He has liked the concept of director Raju.
