Indian Chess Grandmaster Gukesh Loves Geetha Govindam

Gukesh Dommaraju is one of the famous sports personalities in the country. The 18-year-old surprised everyone big time by winning the Indian chess grandmaster title. He is the reigning World Chess Champion. Gukesh is also the youngest world champion. He is the youngest player to have surpassed a FIDE rating of 2750, doing so at the age of 17, and the third-youngest to have surpassed 2700 at the age of 16.

Interestingly, Gukesh belongs to the Telugu community. Gukesh has been working very hard to attain this position. Now, the media has been trying to give him the maximum attention possible. Meanwhile, in the latest interview, Gukesh opened up about the movies that he likes.

"I like Vaaranam Ayirum in Tamil, and then I like Geetha Govindam in Telugu. I like some old movies in Hindi. I like Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. I am not a huge fan of English films. But, I think I like About Time," revealed Gukesh in his interaction with the media.

Gukesh is from Telugu family but he is born and brought up in Tamilnadu.
