Aren't you excited on reading the headline? So were we when we read it on BJP leader Kapil Mishra's Twitter timeline. But then, you are in for a major disappointment. There is no India Vs Pak cricket match happening on February 8. The BJP leader has talked about the Delhi Assembly election date in his attempt to project the AAP as Pakistani team and the BJP as Indian team.
Soon after his remark, there arose a controversy on Thursday. Speaking to a news agency, Mishra said, "Mini Pakistans have been created at many places in Delhi. Shaheen Bagh (where anti-CAA protests have been going on for many days) is being replicated at various places. Jab-jab Pakistan khada karne ki koshish hui hai, tab-tab Hindustan khada hua hai."
Early trends suggest that the AAP will win the polls. However, a few political analysts have opined that Arvind Kejriwal is not going to have it easy at all. The BJP is said to have gained a lot in the last few weeks.
The results of the elections will be out on Feb 11.
