In a major boost to Tamil Nadu’s supporters, a recent economic survey conducted by popular English journal India Today has put Tamil Nadu in second place in the list of States/Union Territories which contribute a lot to internal production.

The survey has been based on economic data available for the financial year 2015-16.
With a growth rate of 16.5%, Arunachal Pradesh tops the list of States/UTs which have a fast-paced, vibrant economy.
