With the number of Coronavirus cases set to cross the unfortunate 2,00,000 mark, India has now reported more cases than France's 1,88,752 and has jumped two places up to seventh spot after being previously placed in the ninth spot in the list of 10 nations worst affected by coronavirus.

India had recorded 1,88,883 coronavirus cases till yesterday night. The United States has recorded more than 18 lakh cases of coronavirus, thus becoming the nation with the most number of cases and the worst hit nation, and is followed by Brazil which has more than five lakh cases, and Russia with more than four lakh cases.

A single day massive number of 8,380 new Coronavirus cases was reported in 24 hours. Total number of deaths linked to Coronavirus also crossed the unfortunate 5,000-mark after 193 patients died in 24 hours till Sunday morning. India is currently the seventh worst-hit country due to the pandemic and is registering record spikes for the past three days.
