India and China: Diplomacy is the Key

The decision of calling off on the very anticipated and deadly war between two giants in the Asian continent, the India and China relationships have strengthened and have sorted for a diplomatic dialogue to end the stand-off on the issue of Sikkim border.

The foreign minister of India has released an official statement suggesting that the Chinese troops have been called off and the border is no longer an issue to be worried about.

“On this basis, expeditious disengagement of border personnel at the face-off site at Doklam has been agreed to and is on-going," said the Foreign Ministry.

However, the issue is far from over, as the BRICS meeting is to be attended by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Beijing and official sources speculate that the diplomatic dialogue is because of this meeting.

India and BRICS countries have been looking forward for this meeting for a while now to discuss and comprehend some of the most pressing issues and come at a common point of theory to materialize into an actual reality.
