Only a couple of weeks back on the eve of the release of Illayathalapathy Vijay`s fantasy drama Puli`, there were massive raids by the income tax department in the properties of the hero, the producer and many more concerned with the film. This caused a huge setback in the smooth release of the film and resulted in many shows locally and abroad being cancelled affecting the film`s fate at the box office.

Similarly day before yesterday in Hyderabad there were raids conducted by the IT Department on the properties of Bruce Lee` director Srinu Vaitla, producer DVV Dannayya, distributor Dil Raju and music director Thaman. These two incidents have caused an alarm in the film industry raising doubts if the powers that be are targeting them every time a film releases.

However Bruce Lee` released smoothly in Tollywood as well as the dubbed version in Tamil Nadu and the film starring superstar Ram Charan Teja, Arun Vijay, Rakul Preeth Singh and Mega Star Chiranjeevi in a cameo appearance is on its way to becoming a commercial super hit.
