Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikesi, as we have said, is a trendsetter. A satire and spoof on historical, the movie is the first of its kind in Tamil (even in India).

It has firmly anointed Vadivelu at the top.

Shankar produced, Simbudevan directed Imsai Arasan is all set to cap its impressive run with a 100-day celebration.

Fittingly, it will be Rajinikanth who will be presiding over the 100th day celebrations of the movie.

The function is slated for 14 October and all the top honchos of the industry are expected to participate.

All the technicians of the movie will be honored on the occasion. This is the third straight success for Shankar’s S Movies production house.
