Imran Khan: Kareena is the urban geet in 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu'

Imran Khan – the B-town top contender for the prince charming throne is gaga over his co-star Riana aka Geet...means Kareena Kapoor.

Imran believes that 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu' is very similar to Kareena Kapoor’s earlier popular film 'Jab We Met'.

What’s most interesting that Imran feels Riana (Kareena’s character) is almost an urban Geet. She is free spirited, bubbly and a go getter in life. She changes everyone that she touches in life.

Imran strongly feels what 'Jab We Met' did for Kareena Kapoor the same will get repeated here in 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu' with much younger and urban audience.

It’s a journey of two people who come from different worlds, affect each other and change each other for ever. While the setting of 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu' is extremely urban and set in Las Vegas and Mumbai, in spirit it’s almost similar.

Stating that 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu' is urban 'Jab We Met', Imran Khan said, The journey and the relationship graph of both the films is almost identifiable. In fact if we were to treat it in spirit only then almost a sequel or a younger film set in urban milieu.

He further adds, “Kareena Kapoor’s geet has been an iconic character and almost a turning point in her career. I strongly feel her character Riana is almost similar and would do the same with much urban audience.
