Improving by 71%, Oopiri stuns!

Oopiri has stunned the trade observers by becoming a rare film (in US market) which bettered its first day openings by a whopping 71% on day two. This means that the Nag-Karthi comedy-drama is all set to be one of the long-sustaining films in the overseas.
Talking about the film's performance, a noted trade analyst has said that the Telugu film improved its performance by 70.95% on Saturday when compared to Friday. This is "a rarity for even Hindi films in the US," the analyst says.
Having already clocked a share of USD 0.9 million, the film has topped the US charts at No. 11, climbing up from No. 14.
