Important Updates on Salman Khan And Priyanka Chopra’s ‘Bharat’!

Director Ali Abbas Zafar’s ‘Bharat’ has been creating much buzz among the audience as it brings back Bollywood’s supremely talented Priyanka Chopra and Salman Khan almost after 10 long years. And what’s more exciting is that the movie’s preparations that have already started is now said to go on floors this week. Wow! Isn’t it?

According to a report, ‘Bharat’ will be going on floors on Sunday and will commence in Mumbai until August. After the Mumbai schedule, it will be shot in Malta and then Abu Dhabi. Apart from Salman and Priyanka, the film also stars Disha Patani, Tabu, Sunil Grover and Asif Sheikh in the pivotal roles.

Paying an ode to the one & only ‘greatest showman of Bollywood’ Raj Kapoor with the circus segment, Ali shared, "The idea is to create an Indian-Russian circus-like Raj Kapoor’s Mera Naam Joker. Performers from all over the world are flying down for the circus tricks which will be a mix of trapeze hoops and rope stunts. This is Salman and Disha’s introduction. He plays a daredevil stunt motorcyclist in the circus while she is a trapeze artist."

He further added, "We will be ending the Mumbai schedule with a Holi song featuring Priyanka and Salman. She joins the shoot in August and will have different looks in the film which the team has been working on in great detail as the film travels from the 1960s to the present day."

‘Bharat’ is an adaptation of the 2014 Korean film ‘Ode To My Father’ and is slated for an Eid 2019 release, which will have both Salman and Priyanka in 5 different avatars.
