The Pokiri actress is now very busy with her Bollywood movie Baadshaho`, directed by Milan Luthria and produced by T-Series.

In a recent interview, the actress opened up about the role of being social plays in her daily life to get roles.

She says "People could take (attitude) as arrogance but actually it is not! I could be very nice to people, go out for coffee and dinner or socialize to become their favorite, but I choose not to do that. I cannot sweet-talk to people to get a film,"

She continues about her work ethic and how she does not consider getting the good likes for bagging projects, but however appreciates if she can make a friend along the way.

"I am here to work, this is my professional world and I want to do good work here. I do not take some extra steps to become a friend or develop a relationship with other co-stars. End of the film, if we become friends that is a bonus," said Ileana

When the actress is not working, she is just like any normal person and someone who indulges in some down-time in the comfort of her house.

She says "I like going out with close friends. I watch a lot of animated films and TV as stress busters, I love shopping! I can shop from anywhere in the world whether it is from footpath or shopping mall, I shop from everywhere," shared the actress.
