Ilayathalapathy Vijay is known to rock in Chennai, Tamil and many of his films are set in particular landmarks of the city. In Thirumalai` and Sivakasi` the setting was Pudupettai and in Bhagavathi` he is the tea shop owner in the High Court premises.

Similarly, in the recent blockbuster Theri` the popular Parry`s (Pookadai) featured prominently in a fight scene. Now in Vijay 60` a fight scene is being shot in a set of the Koyambedu CMBT bus stand. Looks like the love affair of the Ilayathalapathy with Chennai`s landmarks continues.
