"It has been a long time dream of mine to act in a historical film. Chimbudevan approached me with Puli` script and I gave immediate nod. We need not do any great things. It`s enough if we do not cause harm to anyone as long as we live. I can honestly hate someone, but I cannot dishonestly love someone.

Prabhu sir is getting along with all heroes of this generation like an elder brother. It`s hard to find a hero acting as a villain in another hero`s film. But Kannada superstar Sudeep accepted the villain role in Puli`. I am thankful to his generosity. Another hero of this film is Natty sir (Cinematographer Natraj). He played Sathurangavettai` as a hero. Now he has played Pulivettai as a Cinematographer. A big thanks to our Sivakasi pattasu` Sridevi madam for acting in this film.

Next I have to tell about this person. Whenever we meet I have been taken aback with the flow of energy in him. People will chase away a puli (tiger) with the instruments like Tharai and Thappattai. This man has made the Puli` dance with Tharai and Thappattai. My heartfelt thanks and birthday wishes to Devi Sri Prasad sir.
