The ticket launch of the upcoming grand event Ilayaraja 75 which is organized by Tamil Film Producers council was held two days back at Mahindra World city. This event is being conducted to honor Isaignani Ilayaraja who has composed music for more than 1000 movies, and will be held at the YMCA grounds, Nandanam.

The TFPC President Vishal said that this two day event happening on February 2 and 3, will have top actors and actresses from South film industries performing for the songs set to tunes by the Maestro, and the second day will have Ilayaraja himself performing live. Vishal said that, while the proceedings of this grand event will be used for the welfare of small producers, Isaignani Ilayaraja has reportedly announced that he will be a contributing a part of the royalty received by him, to TFPC.

The agreement for the contribution from Royalty will be made soon, added Vishal. It has been expected that top stars like Superstar Rajnikanth and Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan will be gracing the occasion, while Isaipuyal AR Rahman and legendary singer SP Balasubramaniam have also been invited. The tickets for this event, priced between Rs 500 and Rs 25000, can be booked via Bookmyshow.
