Dhanush who has proved his mettle as one of the most talented actors in Indian cinema is a hardcore fan of Isaigniani Ilayaraja and always revers him. Hence it was no surprise when he was spotted at the 'Rock With Raja' concert that was held near Marina Beach in Chennai on March 18th.

Dhanush was punctual to the show and was seated in the very front row flanked by his sons Yaatra and Lingaa. The song "Ennulley Ennulley" from Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Valli' was sung to a thunderous response from the audience in the open air ground.

Ilayaraja then spoke to the crowd that since Rajinikanth wrote the story and screenplay of 'Valli' it was he who explained the situation for the song and was instrumental for the song coming out well as it did. The Isaigniani then called out Dhanush's name and told him "Dhanush full credit for the song should go to father in law" amidst applause from the crowd.

It is a well known fact that Dhanush recently announced his separation from Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth and they are reportedly heading for divorce. In this situation the multtalented actor warmly clapped for the praise that came to his ex father in law Rajinikanth.
