IIFA (International Indian Film Academy Awards) is an annual awards ceremony for Bollywood. The winners of the awards are decided by fans, who vote online for their favourite actors from the Hindi film industry. Instituted in 2000, the event is held in different countries around the world every year.

The 23rd IIFA awards ceremony took place on the 26th and 27th of May 2023 in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan was bestowed with the "Outstanding Achievement in Indian Cinema" award at a renowned event. Isai Puyal AR Rahman presented him with the trophy. He received a standing ovation at IIFA 2023 for the same.
