IFC releases JAB WE MET overseas

JAB WE MET will be the next overseas release of Studio 18 - Viacom 18 for the Indian Film Company (IFC).
A keenly anticipated mega-budget rom-com, JAB WE MET (literally, When We Met), features real-life (allegedly) love birds and stars, SHAHID KAPUR and KAREENA KAPOOR .
Says Tanuj Garg, Head - UK & Europe, International Motion Pictures, JAB WE MET is a light breezy saga about young love against a cultural North-Indian backdrop with music by Pritam, whose recent compositions in Awarapan, Dhoom : 2 and Kya Love Story Hai, to name a few, have rocked the charts.
He adds, The film also marks the return of the romantic duo earlier seen in the box-office hits, CHUP CHUP KE and 36 CHINA TOWN (2005), with Shahid's previous solo smash hit being VIVAAH (2006).
JAB WE MET will have a wide release worldwide on October 26. The soundtrack releases worldwide on T-Series on September 20.
