Priyanka, a 23-year-old woman, had been taking coaching for IAS exams for the past three months. Allegedly, she was being pursued by a stalker. It's this suitor who is suspected to have murdered her in Haryana’s Gurugram on Monday evening.
As per the local police, a 24-year-old man named Ravinder Yadav admitted the woman to a private hospital on Monday evening. She was brought dead. It's this very guy who had checked into a room at a guest house with Priyanka. He is absconding now.
Priyanka’s father, Prem Chand, an owner of a flour mill, has alleged in his complaint that he is suspicious about Yadav, who has been "harassing" his daughter.
The woman's autopsy says that she died due to a "partial rupture of the liver leading to internal bleeding." CCTV footage is being looked into to ascertain what exactly happened hours before Priyanka died.
