'Agnyaathavaasi' and 'Naa Peru Surya' actress Anu Emmanuel is in the news for an atypical reason. Back in 2017, she did a Tamil film titled 'Thupparivalan' (dubbed in Telugu as 'Detective) opposite Vishal. It also started Andrea Jeremiah in a key role. Director Mysskin has revealed that Anu behaved in a wrong manner on the sets of the film and her behaviour angered him so much.

Mysskin said that during a scene shot in an escalator, Anu Emmanuel was wearing a kurta and Andrea was wearing jeans. Anu was cautioned by Andrea to be careful and watch her step. For no rhyme or reason, Anu responded to Andrea harshly. She asked her to mind her business. This clash between the heroines irritated Mysskin who said that he would have attacked Anu and broken her head with a pumpkin for the way she behaved with Andrea, a senior to her.

Anu was last seen in Naga Chaitanya's 'Shailaja Reddy Alludu', which was a box-office failure. She has run out of offers in both Telugu and Tamil.
