Vijay Devarakonda recently was conferred with the Filmfare Award for Best Actor for 'Arjun Reddy'.
"As far as I am concerned, I won when I got to do what I wanted, when I got to be an actor. When the industry gave me respect and money, I felt I won once again. When I bought a new house for Mummy & Daddy, I felt I won. And once I got these crazy rowdies (his fans) showering their love and all the respect, I felt I won," the actor said.
"This award is a bonus. But I would like to give it away to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund. If they accept it, I will do it tomorrow. It will be more useful to be of use for the city in which I was born rather than being there in my shelf. I find that KTR anna (Telangana Minister) helps a lot of people from the CMRF. If my first award can be auctioned and money/awareness can be raised towards this, That will be an epic 1st award," the 'Taxiwala and 'NOTA' actor said.
