Floating the hashtag #GoGreenWithAA on Saturday, Allu Arjun prodded everyone to plant saplings on the World Environment Day. The Icon Star took to his social media handles and asked everyone to post pics of themselves doing the useful task so that he can reshare their pics.

"Let us take a pledge to plant more trees, adapt to eco-friendly habits, appreciate what nature does for us, and make our planet a greener place for the next generation. This is a cause that is close to my heart," Bunny began saying.

"I now ask everyone to take the initiative ahead. Share photo of you planting a sapling and I’ll be resharing some of them. Let us work together to save the planet," the 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' star added.

The actor is reportedly not going to recommence the shoot of 'Pushpa' anytime soon even if production works were to be allowed this month. Directed by Sukumar, it will be a two-part epic outing, marking Allu Arjun's Hindi-language debut. Starring Rashmika Mandanna as the heroine, it has Fahadh Faasil, Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj and others in its cast. The ensemble cast is joined by music director Devi Sri Prasad.
