It was a hate crime by a racist in Canada's Toronto. An Indian-origin couple, who are Canadian citizens, were told by a fellow Canadian to leave the country. Otherwise, he said, he will kill their children!

Aged 47, Dale Robertson had an argument while driving past the Indian couple in the parking lot at the Walmart Supercentre in Hamilton, Ontario.

As per reports, it all started when the Indian couple got in the way of Robertson, which is when he made the remark. At this, the Indian-origin man shouted at the racist. "What kind of example are you setting for your children?" he asked.

After Robertson described himself as a racist, the Indian said, "You want me to go to my own country? I am a Canadian citizen." At this, the other one shot back saying, "Show me. Prove it. I don't believe you." He even said, "You don't talk like a Canadian." "I don't like you, I don't like her. I would kill your children first," he added.

The police are investigating the hate crime, saying that the Indian-origin couple has been living in a state of shock.
