I was not keen on answering even Ram’s phone calls: Sunitha

Singer Sunitha and Ram Veerapaneni got married in January. And, on Valentine’s Day, they were interviewed by star anchor Sunitha for a YouTube channel. During the interview, the newly-wed couple opened up about their love story. 

Ram, who owns a digital company, said that he kept on trying to strike a chord with Sunitha for seven years. Ram would always keep a professional distance from her, though. 

Sunitha revealed, “He would always ask ‘Inkenti?’ when on a call after being done with his professional talk. I wouldn’t know what to say as an answer. I was not keen on answering his phone calls. I don’t know why but I was not serious about it. For me, if you like someone, marriage has to happen. And I was not prepared for marriage. Things changed during the lockdown when I got adequate time to interact with my family members.” 

The couple is planning to leave for Maldives for a vacation.
