Megastar Chiranjeevi's speech at a recently-held awards function has come to receive appreciation. As always, the 'Sye Raa' star was honest.

To everyone's surprise, Chiru said that there was a time when he was not sure about his ability to connect with the youth, having not done a single film since 2008. A good chunk of audiences grew up in a world where he didn't do any film.

So, when he was making a comeback through 'Khaidi No. 150', Chiru gave a deep thought to the new-gen audiences. 'Can I establish a connect with them?' he asked himself.

And Megastar did get his answer only days before the release of his 150th film in January. Seeing the huge turnout at the film's pre-release event, the actor was now convinced that he was in!

As it turned out, 'Khaidi No. 150' became the biggest (Non-Baahubali) hit, much to the surprise of even the makers perhaps!
