It has been rumoured that Ravi Teja is uncompromising when it comes to his remuneration. Ahead of the release of 'Disco Raja' on January 24, the Mass Maharaj claims that the lie has been created by a section of web media.

"I deserve an amount and would not settle for anything less than that. That's not me. If your salary is Rs 1000 and you are paid just Rs 800, would you accept it?" asks Ravi Teja, adding that he wouldn't have done so many movies had he been stubborn.

"On three occasions, I declined to accept final payment of remuneration after the failure of my films. I just tore away the cheques given by my producers," the actor says.

'Disco Raja', directed by Vi Anand, stars Bobby Simha as the villain. Nabha Natesh and Payal Rajput are the heroines.
