Actor Vijay Deverakonda has lauded the KCR government for taking a favourable decision with regards to cinema ticket rates. The 'Geetha Govindam' actor is confident that the new rates, announced the other day, will have the film industry in good stead.
"How to make an industry prosperous 101. Cannot thank the Telangana government enough for always looking to increase the health and prosperity of the economy," the star hero said. He also wrote that he is loving the government.
The 'Liger' actor has attributed the decision to the Chief Minister's Office's efforts, pro-Tollywood leader KT Rama Rao and Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav.
Vijay has no movie releases coming up in the first many months of 2022. 'Liger' will hit the screens on 25 August 2022. Director Sukumar, meanwhile, has confirmed that his film with VD is very much on.
