At the press meet to promote Ramgopal Varma’s ‘Rakta Charitra’, Vivek sounded excited to be part of the movie. He plays the role of Prathap Ravi, a character that is fierce and powerful. Only after listening to the director, Vivek came to know about the powerful energy that his character has and he loved to perform it.

Vivek stated that he likes Telugu cinema a lot as there are quality movies are being made here. He even said that he watched ‘Magadheera’ quite a few times and was thoroughly impressed with it.
