Just like her elder sister Kriti, Nupur Sanon is also on her way to make it big as an actress. Till now she has shared screen with Akshay Kumar in two music video's but she still has a long way to go to make a name for herself. In a recent media interaction, Nupur shared how she never imagined herself as an actress and stumbled upon this line purely by accident.
She told ETimes, Never in my wildest dream did I ever imagine myself as an actor, because as an audience, I always had a perception of how a heroine should look like. I didn’t see myself fitting that image. When I came to Mumbai, I weighed 83 kilos. Only after someone saw me as a heroine (and offered her the film) did the thought trigger within me. I enjoyed the entire prep process as an actor. So, I started taking up workshops and joined acting classes.
Unfortunately, the film was shelved and Nupur has yet to make a big screen debut. Talking about that, she shared that she wants to display her singing skills in her debut film. I have trained in western vocals to be a playback singer. I hope the first film that features me as an actress, I get to sing in it, said the actress.
