Yesteryear actress Khusbhu Sundar on Wednesday revealed that she has undergone surgery this morning. Taking to Twitter, she wrote, "Hi friends, will be inactive for a while as I had to go under a knife for my eye this morning.. promise to be back soon. Take care, wear a mask if heading out and maintain a distance."

The exact cause of her surgery is not known. The Congress politician hasn't opened up on the medical reason.

In another news, her production house AVNI Cinemax is currently bankrolling 'Aranmanai 3', directed by Sundar C and starring Arya, Sundar C, Andrea and Raashi Khanna.

Kollywood comedian Karunakaran, too, has undergone a surgery on his left leg. He had apparently suffered in pain for the past few months due to lockdown and only recently went for a scan.
