'I have tied 'rakhi' to PM Modi for 20 years'

A Pakistani woman named Qamar Mohsin Shaikh has told a news agency that she has been tying Narendra Modi 'rakhi' for the past many years. Different reports are putting the number of years as 20, 23, 26 and even 36 years!

The less-known 'sister' of the Prime Minister came in touch with him when Modi was a well-known RSS activist. As per her, she has been meeting her 'brother' every year on the auspicious occasion of Rakhi.

Even after Modi became Gujarat's Chief Minister and later, India's Prime Minister, the emotional relationship has continued.

The media is describing her as 'Modi's Pakistani sister'.
