Filmmaker Rohit Shetty and actor Sidharth Malhotra recently promoted their upcoming web show 'Indian Police Force' during an Amazon Prime Video event in Mumbai. The duo first astonished the audience by driving a police SUV on the stage and then went on to talk about the show with host Karan Johar.

Sharing his vision behind this ambitious web show, Rohit Shetty stated, "We have always seen these big shows from Hollywood and the West. But I wanted to make an Indian show to rival those shows. I have always wanted to make a big international show born from India, one that can make a mark on the global stage."

A little teaser of the show was released a few days back which introduced the audience to Sidharth Malhotra's character with a stylish and cinematic slow motion shot. Talking about the same, Sidharth said, "I had always wished to work with Rohit sir. As far as the slow-motion shot from the Indian Police Force teaser goes, I was just walking. The cinematic experience and the larger-than-life feel is all from Rohit sir's vision and execution. His team's efforts make it easy for us actors."

Apart from Sidharth, actress Shilpa Shetty is also set to play a police officer in 'Indian Police Force'.
