‘I drink cow urine every day’, reveals Bollywood superstar

At least one major celeb of the country believes that cow urine holds medicinal properties. It’s none other than Akshay Kumar. The Bollywood superstar, who recently drank elephant poop tea during adventurer Bear Gyrlls’ show, has revealed that he consumes cow urine due to ayurvedic reasons.

“I wasn’t worried (to drink elephant poop tea). I was too excited to be worried. I have cow urine because of ayurvedic reasons on a daily basis. Therefore, it was okay,” the ‘Sooryavanshi’ actor said during an Instagram LIVE chit-chat with Huma Qureshi.

Although many believe that cow urine has got magical curative properties, scientists have said that it can’t cure cancer and such diseases.

Meanwhile, the ‘Laxmmi Bomb’ actor is busy shooting for ‘Bell Bottom’ in Scotland. Akshay has been filming for the 2021 release with Lara Dutta and Huma in the European country. It’s one of the earliest big-ticket movies to go on the floors in India since the closure of the film industry in March.
