Noted Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan is in the news for making disgraceful comments on yesteryear actress and BJP's Rampur MP candidate Jaya Prada.

Addressing a rally, Khan has said that he was the first to discover that Jaya Prada wears "Khaki underwear". The comment alludes to the RSS uniform; RSS men wear Khaki knickers.

Khan could have said "saffron dress" but he made the below-the-belt remarks to demean Jaya Pradah. The sexist comments have been taken note of by National Commission for Women. NCW is likely to lodge a complaint with the Election Commission.

Khan's tasteful comments have become a big issue in Uttar Pradesh. He fights Jaya Prada in the Rampur constituency.
