After being appreciated immensely for her appearance in 'Aisha', petite Amrita Puri chose to stay away from films for almost an year before something worthwhile came to her in the form of 'Blood Money'. Same holds good for her co-star Kunal Khemu who, after delivering two back to back successes in '99' and 'Golmaal 3', didn't jump on to too many films and waited for 'Blood Money'. Guess the actors must have indeed exchanged notes during the making of the film and formulated a good binding between them.

"See, this is one of those cliched Q&A routine. When you ask me about an actress, I can obviously not say that 'Hey, I had a horrible time with my co-star'," laughs Kunal, "Having said that, I really enjoyed working with Amrita. She is quite talented and though she comes from a very different background instead of being from a so-called filmy family, she is following her passion as an actress. Also, she doesn't bother herself thinking that she has to be number one or anything. She is enjoying her life while working and that's the best part of her."

Well Kunal, seems like you too have taken a cue from her.

'Blood Money' releases all over this Friday.
