Nothing short of history is being made today as two 40 plus actors (Farah Khan and Boman Irani) are seen as a lead couple in a film and that too for nothing less than a romcom; pretty much a first for Bollywood.

"To think of it, I am someone who is totally unlike a heroine. Even in the parties, I may just put a lip gloss by mistake but that's about it.

In fact photo shoots make me die", smiles Farah, "Nevertheless, I knew that since Sanjay was the producer here, he would make a good looking quality movie for sure.

Also, I knew that his sister (Bela Seghal) wanted to make this movie for years so she would put her life to make it happen."

Personally too she was finding herself in a rather relaxed space that allowed Farah to take this bold step and walk in front of the camera.

"Yes, I had finished my script of 'Happy New Year' and was in a good phase of mind. There was no tension that something was pending. If that was not the case then may be I would have had second thoughts.

I was feeling quite relaxed that since the script of my next film was ready, I could go out for some time and chill."

Well, with the film running in theatres now, it is time to see how audience responds to the new debutante leading lady in Bollywood.
