I am still a glam doll: Simran

“Who said I can’t do glam roles anymore? I can do them with same ease and elan even now”, says actress Simran.

A sought-after heroine a few years ago, the actress on her comeback in busy doing a Telugu film besides a handful of television serial and reality shows on small screen, says, ” I am happy that people still welcome me with enthusiasm”.

“A few years ago, commercial masala movies ruled the roost. Today, young directors have set a new trend coming out with innovative scripts. Though I have acted in many movies, my ‘Valee’ and ‘Kanathil Muthamittal’ are still very close to my heart”.

Asked whether she would do glamour roles, Simran hits back with a reply, “why not? I can still act in glamorous role depending on the script”.
