Harshvardhan Kapoor is one of the most promising actors of the new generation of Bollywood. Since his debut, he has preferred taking up offbeat projects which compel him to test his limits and push them further. In his upcoming film 'Thar', Harshvardhan will be seen sharing screen with father Anil Kapoor, who is a veteran of the craft.
In a recent media interaction, Anil Kapoor shared that he finds it odd to switch between his roles as a father and a co-star while working with Harshvardhan. He told PTI, "I always take a backseat and listen, understand and then react. But sometimes I react like a father, because I am a father. But I am also work-in-progress like how do I handle him. Like, should I handle him as an actor or as a producer or as a student of cinema or as a father? I am also growing. I won't be able to pinpoint."
The actor further added, "I am work-in-progress because our profession is such, nobody knows what is right and wrong. Sometimes you do it because you love the filmmakers, the story. Sometimes it goes right, sometimes it goes wrong. I am also trying to understand."
Prior to this, Anil and Harshvardhan briefly shared screen in the meta comedy flick 'AK vs AK'. A crime thriller set in 1980s Rajasthan, 'Thar' is set to release on Netflix on 6th of May.
