I Shashikanth, a resident of KPHB in Hyderabad, has lodged a police complaint against Hrithik Roshan. His charge is that Cult.fit, the fitness and healthcare provider, has cheated him. The Bollywood actor is a brand ambassador of Cult.fit.
Last December, the complainant reportedly registered himself on the company's App. He enrolled himself for a year-long course and paid more than Rs 17,000. The company allegedly welcomed registrations beyond its capacity. When Shashikanth could find no slot allotted to him, he contacted the company. Reportedly, Cult.fit disabled his account and prevented him from using the App any further. As a result, Shashikanth says, he hasn't been able to avail of its services.
Hrithik is answerable for cheating and criminal breach of trust, the complainant reportedly said. The KPHB Colony police have booked the Bollywoodian.
