Hyderabad girl Lakkineni Shermistta excels in SAT exam

A young girl from Hyderabad has made the city proud by excelling in the SAT exam, which is a standardized test widely used for college admissions in the US. Her name is Lakkineni Shermistta, who has reportedly pulled off a whopping score of 1,570 in the SAT examination held earlier this month. The brilliant student scored cent percent in the Mathematics section.
As many as 2.1 million aspirants took the SAT exam. Of them, 3000 candidates topped it. Speaking to the media, Shermistta said that she is planning to pursue Economics. Her target is to get into prestigious universities such as Harvard and Princeton.
A couple of top study centres like from the UK have already offered her admission.
