Huma Qureshi: Prays for Kashmir

Very few people know that Kashmir is a very special place for actress Huma Qureshi as her grandparents are from there. The actress has very fond memories from her childhood of the beautiful place. While she was in school, she used to wait for her summer vacations to visit her grandparents there.

Because of the recent tragedy of floods, the people of Kashmir are having sleepless nights. From the time Huma has heard the news, she has been following it to check on the updates of the situation. The actress hopes that the people there get quick relief.

When contacted Huma shared, "I have very fond memories of Kashmir from my childhood days. I just hope the people there get quick relief and the place regains its natural beauty. These are trying times and all our prayers are with the people of Kashmir."
