This is a power packed film with lot of action and lot of words. For every five minutes there are high sounded words and quite often post interval the guns talk more. However in addition to action extravaganza director Om Saiprakash has added all the requirements of a masala film. The terrific performance from Kishore, skin show of Jennifer Kotwal, villain Shobaraj trouble...all follow with two good tuned mixed in the cinema.

Om Prakash Rao has found a new cop for the silver screen. That is Kishore. He is so immaculate and dialogue delivery of Kishore is stunning. The dialogue writer MS Ramesh also gets the major credit. For the whistle and applaud in the theatres he takes the cake.

The upright cop Chandappa Huliyal (Kishore) from the Northern Karnataka side (said as Gandu Mettidha Nadu) posted as ACP is nightmare to the criminals headed by a minister of the ruling party Shobaraj. Every time Huli encounter the criminals they are given protection by the minister. As the minister is elected representative for the misdeeds the top cop urge for people rise against and protest. It will be dangerous if people in the society go away saying `Namagyake' (why we should bother) does not go to the people mind. Police contribute 60 percent the people should support 40 percent to make it 100 percent clean society. The statement made by Huli is again tortuous to the heavy weights in the society.

It is high time the family is disturbed feels the criminals. Huli's mother is murdered in the daylight. No one in the society come forward to the witness box. Huli feels that when he is not in a position to protect his `Thaayi' (Mother) how he can protect his `Thainadu' (Mother land). He decides to quit cop job. But that does not happen because he has the support from Preethi (Jennifer Kotwal). As an anchor she piles up the proof against the criminals. Even that also does not work out in the court of law to book the criminals. In the last minute the people come to the court to stand in the witness box. Huli smiles for this transformation.

It is Kishore performance and his dialogues penned by MS Ramesh easily bring the audience to the theatres. With perfect diction and wonderful modulation Kishore adds extra dimension from his looks and style. He is a perfect match for cop roles. He can stitch a few cop uniforms to keep it permanently in his house. It is from this film he becomes a hero in Kannada cinema. A welcome move and he deserves more such roles.

Jennifer Kotwal looking very plumb costume designing is purposefully made to give excitement to the front benchers. Unless she dub for her roles it does not work out well. Shobaraj as corrupt minister gives a splendid performance. The comedy in his role is a treat to watch.

Cinematography by Manohar has no mistake. Throughout the film the tempo via lighting he maintains. Abhiman Roy two songs are worth hearing again.

A new cop has arrived on Kannada screen. That is Kishore. Welcome to this talented cop on silver screen!
