The expectations and hype around Powerstar Pawan Kalyan's Sardaar Gabbar Singh is scaling by the day. The film which is tipped to be an extension to the actor's blockbuster hit Gabbar Singh is grabbing the attention of the audience and the trade circles alike. Ever since the project was announced, the film has been hogging the limelight for some reason or the other.

The latest news is that distributors from the Telugu states are making bee lines with lucrative offers to seal the theatrical rights of the film. A little birdie from the tinsel town chirps in that an NRI has come forward with a stunning proposal to snap the rights of the film for the Uttarandhra region. "A person based in USA is vying for the rights of the film and gave a blank cheque to the makers of Sardaar Gabbar Singh for Visakhapatnam territory.

However, nothing has been finalised," informs a source. That's not all, a regional entertainment channel also offered a whopping Rs 15 crore to grab the satellite rights of the film, says the buzz. The makers are yet to take a call on the business as the film is still in the initial stages. With each passing day, the craze on the Pawan Kalyan starrer is expected to increase further!
